Sisters in Art

This shared exhibtion by sisters Jennifer and Liz Wright ran from April 3rd to April 24th 2010.

Jennifer loves the sea, and anything to do with sailing and boating, which was the main inspiration for much of work. She had always had a huge interest in horses and had recently revisited this theme. Jennifer is an associate member of Equestrian Artists and has a studio in Surrey and in Devon. She has exhibited in London, Surrey, Buckinghamshire and Devon.

Liz has travelled widely, including Russia, Egypt, Europe and the USA. Her travels have been the source of inspiration and she says of her paintings ‘Most of my paintings are based on incidents and landscapes I have observed'. She is now living in Portland, Dorset and had embarked on a series of work capturing the unique landscapes of Dorset.
